Method & Vehicles

Due to our wide range of product we have a range of delivery methods to suit.

Small items such as locks and fittings will be despatched via courier service, while large items such as fencing panels will be delivered using pickup.

It is the customers responsibility to ensure there is vehicle access to the designated delivery point. Undeliverable items will be returned to the despatch location, and alternative delivery options will have to be agreed, which may incur additional delivery costs.

Delivery Area Exclusions

Due to excessive costs, there are restrictions on where we can deliver items.

Standard delivery is exclusive to the UK mainland, and excludes Scotland and any areas requiring additional charges for access of delivery vehicles, such as low emissions zones.

Delivery to these areas can be arranged at extra cost by contacting Fastline Fencing Supplies directly.

Lead Times

Small items such as locks and fittings are generally held in stock and can be despatched within 1-2 days (depending on the product), with delivery by courier via their network in up to 5 days total.

Larger items such as mesh fencing panels usually delivered within 5-7 days by pickup.

Fabricated items such as metal railings may need to be fabricated to order and can take up to 3-4 weeks for delivery depending on quantites.

Approximate lead times should be indicated in product descriptions.

Specified Delivery Dates

Specific delivery dates can be arranged prior to order by contacting Fastline Fencing Supplies directly at an extra cost. Orders may need to be processed manually.
