Heavy Duty Gate Hinges | Gatemaster Superhinge

The Gatemaster Superhinge is one of the most durable gate hinge designs on the market.

The hinges incorporate brass bearings to reduce friction and prevent wear, ensuring a smooth opening and closing action for the lifetime of any gate, including automated gate systems.

The design has been tested to 500,000 openings, which equates to 50 years at 25 openings a day.

A range of hinge sizes are available to suit gate leaves of all sizes.

2nr SH30 Superhinges are able to support a gate leaf up to 900kg in weight.

The superhinges are supplied with the lugs to weld to the gate post.

Superhinges also come with a snap off security nut for securing the vertical pin as standard.
